Digital lease via DocuSign, payment via card / Apple Pay / international bank transfer. Deposits held in escrow.

Suaka Ltd is incorporated in the United Kingdom, with banking infrastructure and corporate governance handled there. A dedicated services and management agency operates locally in Indonesia under PT Suaka.

Escrow deposits

Security deposits are held in escrow under UK and Indonesian law — never in the host's custody. Release is conditional on a documented check-out inspection.

Secure cloud infrastructure

User data, listings, payments metadata, and operations data are stored on Google Cloud and AWS, with full backups and audit trails.

24/7 ground support

One Suaka account manager per five active villas. Equal VIP support is given to every tenant and host, regardless of rental value.
