Who we are

Suaka is a platform built for monthly villa rentals across Bali. Nightly platforms are built for a week away. We are built for the part of a stay where you learn which warung opens early and which road floods.

The name Suaka means refuge, or sanctuary. That is what we help people find: a real place to stay, and a season of life that feels like living here rather than passing through.

What makes us different

We visit every villa in person before it goes live. Someone walks through it and checks it against the Suaka standard. Wifi tested in the room you would actually work in. Water pressure run. Cleanliness checked. Photographs matched against the actual rooms. If a villa does not meet the standard, it does not go on the platform.

Everything else we do follows from that.

Pricing is itemised in full before you book. Every user is identity verified. Every rental agreement is digital and signed in one place. All Owner and Tenant communication runs through us, so there is a clear record if anything needs sorting out later. Someone is on the ground for check in, and reachable through the stay.

What we do

Connecting Tenants with inspected, professionally photographed villas across all of Bali, with inventory deepest in Canggu, Pererenan, Uluwatu and Bingin, Ubud, Seminyak, and Sanur. Handling payments, digital rental agreements, and check in support in one place. Mediating Owner and Tenant communication to keep a clear, protected record. Offering cleaning, a private chef, transfers, and other add on services, bookable in the app. Running an Agent Referral Programme for partners who introduce new Tenants.
