Who We Are

Where nightly-stay platforms are built for short trips, Suaka is designed for travellers, remote workers, digital nomads, and families who want a verified home for a month or more — with transparent pricing, digital contracts, on-ground check-in support, and optional add-on services.

The name “Suaka” means refuge or sanctuary — a place to feel at home. That's what we help people find: a trusted place to stay, connect, and belong for a season of life in Bali.

What We Do

• Connect Tenants with verified, professionally photographed villas across all of Bali.
• Handle payments, digital rental agreements, and check-in support in one place.
• Mediate all Host–Tenant communication to keep a clear, protected record.
• Offer add-on services — cleaning, private chef, transfers, and more — bookable in-app.
• Support an Agent Referral Programme for partners who introduce new Tenants.

How Suaka Works

• Tenants pay Base Rent + a 10% Tenant Fee, in full before check-in — no security deposit.
• Hosts receive Base Rent minus a 5% Host Fee, paid out after check-in is confirmed.
• Suaka is a technology and payment platform — the rental agreement is directly between Host and Tenant.
• Standard check-in is 3:00PM and check-out 11:00AM (WITA), across all Bali locations.
