Payouts for Hosts
You receive your Base Rent minus the 5% Host Fee. Payouts are released after Tenant check-in is confirmed (monthly for Monthly Billing bookings), via international bank transfer (SWIFT) or Xendit. Processing is typically 2–5 business days from release, plus 1–3 days for bank transfer. Set your payout method in Host Dashboard > Settings > Payout Preferences.

Taxes for Hosts
Rental income from Indonesian property is subject to Indonesian income tax (typically a withholding around 10%), and you may need an NPWP and to consider PPN/VAT and Bali regional levies. Suaka does not withhold tax on your rental income and does not provide tax advice. You are responsible for your own Indonesian tax compliance. Suaka provides receipts, annual payment statements, and revenue/payout summaries for your records.
Donations
If Suaka runs any community or charitable initiative you can opt into, details and any opt-in controls will appear in your Host Dashboard. Participation is always voluntary.
