Searching & Booking

Everything you need to search, book, pay for, and enjoy a monthly villa stay in Bali.

Search Tips

Use the filters for area, monthly budget, bedrooms, and stay length (1, 2, or 3 months). Every listing you see has passed Suaka's on-site verification, with professional photos, so what you see reflects the real property.

  • Book early for peak season (July–August, December–January) when quality villas fill fast.
  • Look for the 'Identity Verified' badge — it confirms the Host is a legitimate owner or authorised manager.
  • Read recent reviews for a feel of the Host and the property.

Booking a Place to Stay

Once you have found a villa, select your dates and length of stay, review the pricing breakdown, and confirm. Your booking is secured when the Total Booking Charge is paid in full before check-in. You will then sign the rental agreement digitally.

Full booking and payment terms are in the Terms & Conditions and the Payment & Payouts Guide.

Booking for Someone Else

You can book on behalf of a family member or travel companion, but the person who will occupy the villa must complete identity verification before check-in, and their name must appear on the rental agreement. Occupancy may not exceed the maximum stated in the listing.

Travel Insurance

Suaka does not sell travel insurance. As a facilitator, Suaka strongly recommends arranging your own travel and personal-property insurance for a long stay abroad.
