Setting Up Your Account

Create your profile with accurate details and a valid passport for verification. You must be at least 18. A verified account is required before you can book.

Identity Verification

Verification is mandatory for all Tenants. Upload a valid passport (valid for your full stay plus 6 months). The automated check is usually instant, with a 24-hour manual review as backup. Once approved, an 'Identity Verified' badge appears on your profile.

Your ID documents are encrypted, never shared with other users, and stored only as required by anti-money-laundering rules.

Managing Your Account

Update your contact details, saved payment methods, and notification preferences in account settings. Keep a valid saved payment method on file if you use Monthly Billing.

Account Security

Keep your login credentials confidential and notify Suaka immediately of any unauthorised access. Never share verification codes. Suaka will never ask for your full card number by email or chat.
